"My mother, Joan has been afflicted with gradually progressive frontal lobe dementia for the past 10 years. She now requires close and constant supervision for her safety, and to assure some assemblanc of quality of life.

My mother has lived locally in 3 different facilities, each of which has met our needs for that time. Honey Creek Cottage, my mother's present and everlasting home, is however, in a class of its own. Relative to her physical surroundings inside this home and outside on the grounds as well as direct care for her person, Honey Creek offers the place and the people of my dreams to care for my mother. The tenants at Honey Creek are Teresa and Mike's family, and the home and its people are impeccably cared for like their own.

The highest standards I have ever witnessed for staff performance and accountability are maintained in this home. It is beautifully finished, furnished, maintained and presented. My mother is ALWAYS fresh, clean and smelling sweet. Her nails are done, her hair is trim and shiny, her clothing is fresh, matching and perfectly laundered and dried, her room spotless, as is the rest of the house. The meals are fresh, homemade, nutritious, with fresh fruits and veggies on a regular basis. Most importantly, my mother and each of the other tenants in this home are individually understood, and truly loved just as they are.
